Before I get on to my first impression of Leave No Trace I'd like to mention just how beautiful the cover for this novel is. It's actually what caught my attention in the first place (I'm a sucker for pretty covers). I love the forest imagery and the choice to go with a white and simple font. I also couldn't help but notice the choice to have some of the letters move behind the trees. Very well done.
As for my first look of this book...I was entranced by it all. I'm really curious to see what happens to both of the characters in this novel, and I honestly don't think I could accurately predict what will happen. I'm looking forward to reading this one!
