I was hooked from the very first sentence. The excitement of it all and the uncertainty of what lies ahead kept me in anticipation. The introduction of both Lucas and Mayra—characters that in different ways both seem to come from nowhere—made me think there’s a lot more we can expect from both of them. I’m absolutely looking forward to reading the rest of this book and seeing where Mayra and Lucas’ journeys have taken them and will take them as they work together.
