This is actually probably going to be interesting

I feel like this is a good book for people looking for some light reading material on how the brain is wired. How it works and how to best try to learn new skills. I think too that this author is good about not using medical jargon, his explanations seem palatable for any age and experience level! Would definitely recommend for those interested in learning, in general
