I will readily admit that I am not an avid reader of “self-help” non-fiction. I was hoping this book would still appeal to me somehow despite that, but I think I’m just not the target audience. I thought a lot of the content that I read could have been condensed, so I’m assuming I’d feel the same way if I read the whole book; I kept waiting for the book to make a compelling argument for this style of learning in a nuanced way. Not a bad read, just not for me.
