Everyone Could use Self Help and Be A Level 10!

I love self help books. I think everyone could always use some advice and tricks to be a better person. I like that this is evidence and science based. Self help books can be drawn out and not captivate the reader, but this one seems to be able to grab the readers attention. We will see, but I am excited to read it!
