Atmospheric mystery with great characters

I wasn't sure I'd like this much but right away i loved the author's writing style, the setting, and most of all, the characters. What an awesome job with the characters. I can tell this will be a character-driven novel. The setting was really great as well. Very atmospheric and adds to the excitement and mystery. The way the author gets into each of the characters's heads almost reminds me of Stephen King. That and the small town vibe with the mystery will have you hooked from the very start. And what happened to Rauri isn't the only thing you'll be reading to discover! I can't wait to finish this one!
