This is a true crime story for sure, but it also appears (at least to me) to be a statement of how certain groups of people (in this book gay people) have been treated in the past. As an avid lover of true crime, I have never heard of this killer or these stories. That really is a shame. However, I am intrigued to hear more and learn the rest of the story and the conclusions they finally came to.
