The way this book started with a maintenance worker finding a body in a trash bag, I knew this was going to be the perfect true crime story for me. I love to read true crime about murders and the author did an amazing job laying out details in the beginning to let you know what you were in for. I really liked that they gave details about how AIDS was perceived during that time as well. It gave you more of a background in what people in the city were thinking and going through.
