I will preface this by saying I am not a true crime fan, but this story, while ultimately devastating, is compelling. While it's not a surprise that most serial killers target specific victims, the fact that this killer got away with so many murders due to the fact they targeted a marginalized community enrages me. While I think it's an important story to tell, I most likely won't be reading this one.
