A killer who preyed upon an already suffering population
As if the AIDS epidemic hadn't brought enough tragedy into the gay community, enter the Last Call killer. This book is a collection of research gathered about the victims and their lives leading up to their untimely deaths at the hands of the killer. In the first glance we receive a brief glimpse into the life of Peter Anderson, who like many other homosexual men at that time, was married to a woman in an effort to conceal (and undoubtedly, to protect) his true self. Peter was the killer's first victim and initially the case was thought to be a stand alone, as there had been no other crimes reported of that nature anywhere in the region. That is until the following year when the killer struck again.
