This book surprised me! I didn't anticipate liking the first look as much as I did. Something about the writing was incredibly beautiful. I loved the connection between the twins, how it used to be them versus the world and now they are taking divergent paths. I also really like reading fiction books that take place in other countries, I think it provides an interesting layer to the story from my perspective.
