I enjoyed reading this haunting, suspenseful story. This is a new author for me i which I enjoyed their writing style and their attention to details that made the story hard to put down. This is a well written story that is fast paced and engaging. I enjoyed how the characters were unique and creative. They pulled me into the story from the beginning. I also enjoyed how connectable they were. They truly made the story for me and just brought it to life. A story that has great character and plot growth throughout the story. There are some twists and turns in this story had me coming back for more. This is a gothic story that has a little bit of everything in it. A story where monsters, rumors and connections to the Under Lord. Will Leta figure out her connection and be able to save herself and Rowan? This is a great story that is easy and entertaining to read. I highly recommend this book.
