I think the cover is pretty but average. I think it is eye catching and possibly a winner to the right targeted audience, but I have seen much better YA book covers for similar genre releases. Based on the summary, I would not be one to try this book. I think it's a bit cliche and I'm just not into the premise at all. However, having read a bit more, I think that this book will be a better fit for a different audience. While I am not that reader, I think with the current push for books like this, it can be a better fit elsewhere.
