The short blurb for this book immediately made me want to add it to my TBR. I feel like there are too few books with queer main characters out there. I love that this book seems like it will tackle not only the struggle of being the only queer person in your group, but in a position of influence. Will it tackle the struggle of breaking barriers and the responsibility of being a good role model in a corrupt industry? If so it could make an excellent book club candidate.
