I grew up in the 90's which was the boy band era and this book reminds me of that. Only Hunter is openly gay, which wasn't a thing in the 90's. He's the narrator and his band, Kiss and Tell are on a huge tour. He just recently had a breakup and is interested in the drummer from their opener band. Hunter is likeable and you know there must be some major drama between him and Aiden. He's still in high school, so that's a tiny turnoff for me. He does seem very young. I like the magazine articles, documentaries and interviews that they have between the chapters. It's like reading a documentary about your favorite boy band.
