My first thought upon reading the blurb was that this book sounds like it will be a sweet romance. While I was reading that excerpt, however, I was pleasantly surprised by the heat factor. So I'm doubly looking forward to reading the rest of this book! I've liked that over the last few years Asperger's syndrome has gained a little more mainstream recognition in stories just like this one. I like, here, how Helen Hoang alternates between Stella and Michael's points of view. It's interesting to understand how Stella views herself and her interactions with others. Then on the flip side of that it's interesting to see how someone from the outside, Michael, views Stella and sees how she interacts with others. Overall, a promising beginning, can't wait to read the rest!
