Overall, I would say that this is a fun read that I would recommend to readers that enjoy exploring the fake dating trope. I personally love that trope, so I was looking forward to it going into this novel (and while it could have been executed a bit better, I think it's worth reading if this story interests you at all).

One side of the fake relationship has true feelings going into it. The other side doesn't think they could possibly ever have feelings for their best friend.

I think the characters could have been fleshed out a bit more. I really liked reading about Arjun's backstory; I just wish we got more of it. And then with Madhuri... I felt like she was a bit more all over the place. I just thought she couldn't been developed more.
I think on top of that, I wanted more from their dynamic with each other--I felt the dialogue could have been stronger in some instances, and I felt the progression in their relationship could've been smoother.

I will say something I really loved about this story was reading about astrological mapping. It's a piece of Indian culture that has always fascinated me, so I enjoyed learning more about it in this story.
