The beginning of this book leads to a bit of an emotional roller coaster, especially for Arjun. He was just told that the girl of his dreams, Madhuri, wants to date him. However, theres a catch, she just wants to date him to try and break the family curse. Madhuri is on an emotional roller coaster herself. She's used to being top of her class and successful without even trying, and her astrology reading says that way of life is coming to an end.
