I already love the relationship between the two sisters May & Gemma - their banter reminds me of my own sisters. As their story & the mystery of Gemma's idol comes into the plot I'm excited to see how it progresses. I enjoyed my time being transported back to another era in a place that I'd never read about before. I love noir books and I really hope that this one scratches that itch.
