I am obsessed with stories that take place in the 1920s and 1930s so this immediately drew me in. Add to it that it’s a crime/thriller element and it’s already a winner in my book! From just the sample, the writing is very descriptive and vivid. I think the 1st person dual POV will serve the story extremely well.
