Though I do like the cover art, the beginning of the book feels disconnected from it. The story has a strong start, with good characterization that makes me want to learn more. Though I am not really a fan of the noir style, Kill Her Twice is written in such a way that it is not off-putting to me. Overall, though Kill Her Twice is not the type of book I may want to own, I would get it from the library to find out more.
