I love me a good story set in LA in the 30's yall. This book had me from the first line honestly. Add in to that solving a murder and a potential coverup? I'm in!
The banter in the opening chapter between the sisters drew me in. I had to know where they were going and I felt like I was sitting there in the car with them as they teased each other and set the scene for book.
I also liked how the chapters switched points of view between them. It made the story more interesting.
I'm adding this one to my TBR for sure- and can't wait to get it in April!
