I loved the authors writing style and I would probably read more from this particular author but I am going to be in the minority here when I say this wasn't for me.
I did not like how the MC was all bent about her GF cheating on her, when she was harboring feelings for the librarian.
Harlow was and is the worse character I have ever read.
Could have gone my whole life without the period/menstrual thing. I don't get or have interest or knowledge in the new wave stuff so not sure if this is the norm...but yeah...no.
MC's mom is so awful and I was truly frustrated with her!
The book felt preachy and agenda ridden and that was a turn off for me as well.
