Too be honest, I didn't like the writing style. I thought it was a bit choppy for my taste. It's all told in first person, and that's not my favorite. I felt that it was rather stream-of-consciousness writing, and that's always a turn off for me. It's about a gay young woman who is just coming out. It discusses her sex life, but not in significant detail, at least not as far as I read. The character telling the story left me feeling kind of flat. She seemed very self involved. Not someone I could relate to. It does have a good dose of humor, and I liked that a lot, but it wasn't enough to make me want to keep reading. There really wasn't enough plot in what I read to tell where the book was going or what was going to happen next. Just not my cup of tea.
