I’m curious to learn more about our main protagonist’s journey in the feminist world as a newly outed lesbian. Only getting a few glimpses of her feminist author mentor, I have to wonder if she’ll understand the challenges of a young, lesbian Puerto Rican women. Will her family accept her? I want to know more.
