First, while I'm not gay, I do enjoy young adult stories with queer emcees and ya stories in general. However, this one just doesn't sound or feel very engaging. On top of that, the cover is just horrible. I know I shouldn't judge a book by its cover but when the cover looks that amateurish... well, how can I not?
