I loved Juliet's voice in this excerpt of Juliet Takes a Breath. I enjoyed how the setting of the Bronx was captured, as well as Juliet's Puerto Rican family and culture. The writing is so full of energy that I was excited to turn page after page. I'm looking forward to seeing where the story goes, and I love the cover!
