At first I thought it was going to be yet another story about someone coming out and the family not accepting the character. As I continued on it really grabbed at my heartstrings. I really want to see if the character finds herself and learns to love herself despite how her family may feel. You find yourself rooting for the MC to gain confidence and self understanding.
