At first I was hesitant to read because it normally is not my genre. But I figured I'd step out of my comfort zone and give it a ry. I was pleasantly surprised. It kept me intrigued and wanting more. The description of the countryside seems inviting and the cast of characters gave it mystery. It makes you wonder if this is actually going on. All the secrets, the robberies and killings keeps you guessing throughout. How are they going to stop these people? And how the townspeople are terrified. I did not read the first book in this series Buried but will be going back to read. Detective Jack Warr is one of those detectives you have to root for. He seems to be rugged and strong and you know he always gets his man.
