So when I was reading the introduction to this book I couldn't help but read it as a trash romance book. The wild horse reference was just too funny and even though I understand where the author was coming from by using that analogy, it still read too much like a romance trope intro for me.
Outside of that the story is a fast read. The twists are predictable and the book overall is something I could see picking up in an airport if I needed something quick and digestible to read on a flight.
