First off, I love the cover so much. The light aquamarine color of it is just so aesthetic and a color I would love to have on my bookshelf! Reading the description of the book, it's definitely a book I didn't know I needed, and I'm always a sucker for a good retelling. Having watched Little Women a couple months ago, I was reminded again why I love the story so much. I was also reminded how frustrated I was that Jo and Laurie don't end up together (also because I love timothee chalamet and saoirse Ronan together). Through this book, I'll be able to get the beautiful relationship of Jo and Laurie that I always wanted!! Can't wait to see how they develop the characters in a new way!
