I’ve read Little Women a couple of times and I’ve always been irritated with the outcome. Not just that Jo and Laurie don’t end up together, but who he does end up with. When I saw this title, my first thought was, “finally someone got this right!” Maybe that’s not how I should feel about it. After all, my mom would have been thrilled if I had married my teenage boyfriend, but we grow up and change. But, as a longtime lover of Jo and Laurie’s friendship, I love this idea and the first look reads like a fabulous book. Can’t wait.
