I loved Little Women when growing up, my mom and I used to take turns reading chapters aloud to one another. My first impression of this book was mixed. I liked the flow and structure of the book, it is super easy to read! However, writing a continuation to a story that is so well-known and beloved is quite challenging, and at points it felt like a longer version of fan-fiction. I would like to point out that having it feel like fan-fiction is not bad in the slightest, it is just something to keep in mind when reading the story. I would be interested in seeing how this story develops before making any sound judgement on it!
