Charming story.
This book is a charming reimagining of the March sisters of Little Women. The author has invented a backstory in which the original Little Women by Louisa May Alcott was a fictional story, loosely based, on their real lives.
I found the character of Jo to be believable, with all the doubt and questioning of an aspiring artist, forced to write something her heart wasn’t quite in, in order to make a living. Amy is the typical annoying little sister, providing rich material for Jo’s novel.
The cover is very appealing.
