I have always loved retellings, and I'm not sure why, but this one seems a little off. The summary sounded way too similar to the source material to be something original, and I kind of reminds me of fanfiction. Sometimes I wonder what the difference between books and fanfiction is. I only recently read Little Women at the beginning of this year and I didn't love it. I watched two movie versions of it and I didn't love those either. I'm not planning on watching the new movie that came out recently, and I know I am not a die hard fan of the world or the characters. This doesn't interest me all that much.
