An Island Affair was a fun and breezy summer read. The cover is what caught my attention first and then the fake relationship is what made me want to read this one. I do enjoy fake relationships that have a way of turning into real ones. I loved the setting and felt like I was also at Key West. We all can relate to rocky relationships with family members so we understand why Sara is taking such a drastic measure to try and keep some peace. I understand that Sara's eating disorder is important to know and understand, but I felt it was overdone. The meet-cute straight to fake relationship was a little too fast for me. An Island Affair is marketed as a romance but it is more than just a romance.
