I don't read this genre very often but I was instantly intrigued by the premise of this story. At first, I had a hard time getting into this because I wasn't connecting with the two main characters. Their initial meeting there was instant chemistry/attraction that it just didn't feel geniune... it felt a little forced. That did get better as I read further along. Also, I'm not sure how I felt about the writing style. It is beautifully written but I didn't really like how it went back and forth from the two main characters. I think it was just because it was in 3rd person, sometimes it just took me out of the story. I think it would've been better if it was in first person. That just might be me though. I loved all the family dynamics in this one. That was probably my favorite part of this book! I loved seeing how Sara's relationship with her family evolved and it just made for a really satisfying ending. Overall, I did enjoy this book. It was a feel good light read.
