I waited almost 5 months to receive this book because of COVID-19 and it was worth it.
I thought it would be a cheesy rom-com and in some ways it was but I enjoyed the families of Sara and Luis and enjoyed their banter back and forth and how their "fake" love turned into something real (no surprise there either).
Both Sophie and Luis' families were dysfunctional in their own ways and I know in the upcoming sequel it's going to be about Luis' sister Anamaria. Hoping for more sequels so I can learn more about Sophie and Luis' families and also might have become of both of them.
The second half of the book for me wasn't as interesting for some reason.
There's a sequel and I will be reading it.
