This story is so magically beautifully written. While I was reading the words, I FELT the raw empty pain of my mother leaving me deep in the middle of my soul, and I smelled the smells described, heard the sounds. What a wonderful gift you have to be able to invoke these feelings through your writing! This is the kind of writer I love love love to read over and over!
