I was moved by the sheer beauty of “In the Garden Behind the Moon.” Not only is the cover absolutely gorgeous (I love the color scheme!), but the illustrations and the chapter headers are enchanting! The writing has a deep, poetic feel to it that matches the overall beauty of this book. While the First Look was shorter than expected, I still can’t wait to keep reading! I have a feeling this will be a profound read that leaves a lasting impression. I look forward to learning about a culture that differs from my own.
