Reading the synopsis, I felt as though I would be interested in the novel. Transitioning from a less-than-mediocre heterosexual sex life to homosexuality, polyamory, and even BDSM could be a very entertaining read with the right character.
Unfortunately, the First Look consists of only 10 PDF pages and really isn't long enough to give the reader a good idea of how the book is going to go. The only word that came to my mind in those 10 pages was chaos. The narrator's thoughts are chaotic, as are her tendencies to jump back and forth in time, which stands in stark contrast to her boring, linear life. With another chapter or two, I feel that this story may continue to develop and improve, but based on this excerpt alone, I give the novel 3/5 stars.
