I think this book sounds like a cute, heartwarming story for middle school kids. I would think the main character makes a lot of mistakes along the way and learns a lot of lessons, and that the ending will be happy. I would read this further to find out of the big problem in this book and the hopefully creative ways the main character will solve it.
