I am intrigued by this one. I have a 9 year old who really enjoyed Shazam, and based on my first impression, the idea of the little boy being granted super abilities to only do good reminds me of that story. The involvement of his father puts a different twist on things and I’m sure this will spark some sort of moral dilemma, revenge-seeking vs. forgiveness sub-plot. I’m very interested in reading it and then passing it on to my almost middle schooler.
