I think this is exactly what a lot of young readers are looking for. The author has set up an interesting situation of NNamdi receiving this special Ikenga gift from ( we think) his deceased father. We are left with the idea he has the ability now to go after some of the criminals who are causing problems for his mother and others in his town.
