If You Could See the Sun by Ann Liang is an intriguing story about a young girl named Alice Sun who discovers the ability to turn invisible. Alice uses the power to earn some money by helping her classmates with their personal problems.
I loved seeing Alice's and Henry's relationship grow from being academic enemies to friends and eventually even lovers. I enjoyed seeing Alice repair and develop the friendship with Chanel as well.
The book was well written and a quick easy read. All things I love about Young Adult books. I was interested throughout the whole book in the plot. I just wish that at times it did seem a tiny bit repetitive when it came to the problems she was solving. Alice would turn invisible almost get caught and of course succeed and get paid. Don't know if I would reread this book but definitely worth picking the book up especially if you love Young Adult.
