I think the wronging style is pretty basic, though it works for the first person perspective that is almost journal-like. I am extremely intrigued by the premise that is set up. I think the choice to make the world a mirror of our own is interesting. I don’t know much about China and find it hard to visualize, so this book is really helpful in that respect. The twist at the end is gripping; I can’t wait to read more!
