Even though this is a YA novel, I think adults would like it, too. Alice Sun is relatable, and her character is interesting. The invisibility doesn't come into play until the last few pages of the excerpt, so I'm not sure how that will all work out, but I'd read the book. I also liked the opportunity to learn more about Chinese culture.
