After reading the first impression of If You Could See The Sun, I understand the similarities drawn between this novel and Gossip Girl.
It sounds as though the story relies heavily on deception, manipulation and the ambiguity of teenage morality. Hopefully, it reads more as a thriller and less of a coming of age story.
