I really enjoyed the sneak peak. This story follows Alice Sun the only member of her elite boarding school whose on a scholarship. On the surface it seems like a story about class and the great divide that exists between the wealthy and the middle class. It seems like their could be much more to the story. For example it seems like Alice puts an extreme amount of pressure on herself to excel in the midst of her smart wealthy classmates but I would love to read more about her family dynamics. If she’s on a partial scholarship is their another reason besides the hefty price tag that her parents want to pull her out?
