I am of that generation that is immediately pulled into any reference to Gossip Girl (the original of course). I began with an open mind as you just never know how that kind of comparison is going to play out.
However, I really like the writing. It is very easy to read and I felt connected to our main character right away. I'm looking forward to reading more.
